Business email solutions include Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, and other enterprise email services, encompassing configuration, setup, and troubleshooting. All services are provided according to client requirements, with the scope and deliverables agreed upon prior to engagement.
Clients engaging with WORDCRAFT.LK are expected to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service execution. This includes, but is not limited to, content for translation, brand assets for design work, login credentials for WordPress projects, and specific instructions regarding desired deliverables. Clients must ensure that all materials provided do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or any applicable laws. WORDCRAFT.LK cannot be held liable for issues arising from the submission of unauthorized, illegal, or inappropriate content. Clear communication is essential to successful service delivery, and clients must promptly provide feedback, approvals, or clarifications requested during the project. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy and must be requested in accordance with the stated procedures. Once work has commenced, particularly on custom or time-intensive projects, certain portions of the service may not be refundable due to the nature of the work. All intellectual property created by WORDCRAFT.LK, including translated content, designs, graphics, copywriting, and website code, remains the property of WordCraft Solutions & Academy until full payment is received. Upon receipt of complete payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as outlined in the agreement. Clients are granted the right to use the delivered materials for their intended purpose but are prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or modifying the content outside the scope of the agreement without explicit written permission. This protection ensures that our creative, technical, and intellectual contributions are respected and preserved while allowing clients to fully utilize deliverables for their business needs. Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action under Sri Lankan law and applicable international agreements.
Confidentiality and data security are core commitments of WORDCRAFT.LK. All client-provided materials, project files, login credentials, and communications are treated as strictly confidential and used solely for service delivery. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of client data. Although every effort is made to secure information, clients acknowledge that no system is completely immune to risk, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Some services provided by WORDCRAFT.LK may involve third-party platforms, tools, or software, such as Cloudflare, Google Analytics, WordPress plugins (WPForms, Wordfence), Microsoft 365, and other related services. While WORDCRAFT.LK assists in setup, integration, and troubleshooting, we are not responsible for the operational policies, security, availability, or functionality of third-party services. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the terms, privacy policies, and operational guidelines of any third-party services used in the project. This ensures clients remain informed regarding limitations, obligations, or potential risks associated with these external platforms. The use of third-party services may require acceptance of additional terms, and WORDCRAFT.LK is not liable for disputes arising from third-party service issues.
WORDCRAFT.LK delivers services on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee outcomes beyond the agreed scope. While we aim for high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery, results may vary due to project complexity, client-provided materials, external factors, or changes in technology. Liability is limited to the total payment received for the specific service provided. Under no circumstances shall WORDCRAFT.LK be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials. Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback for revisions as per the agreement. Our objective is to deliver professional, accountable, and reliable services while maintaining transparency and client satisfaction.
Clients acknowledge that the laws governing these Terms of Service are primarily those of Sri Lanka. For international visitors and clients, partial compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is observed. This includes transparency regarding data collection, storage, and processing, as well as user rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. While WORDCRAFT.LK strives to prevent downtime, hacking attempts, or data loss, clients accept that no system is entirely immune to risk. Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, regular communication, and timely approvals to ensure services can be delivered effectively. Maintenance packages include regular monitoring, performance assessments, and updates, but do not guarantee absolute prevention of technical issues or data breaches.
WORDCRAFT.LK is committed to providing ethical and professional services. All client interactions, deliverables, and communications are conducted with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the service period. Unlawful, abusive, or unethical behavior, including harassment, threats, or infringement of rights, will result in service suspension or termination and may lead to legal action. By using WORDCRAFT.LK, clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WordCraft Solutions & Academy, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from client actions, including but not limited to violations of copyright, intellectual property infringement, misuse of delivered content, or failure to provide accurate information. Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from engagement with WORDCRAFT.LK shall first be addressed through direct negotiation and communication with our support team. If resolution cannot be achieved through direct discussion, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. International clients may submit claims under applicable regulations in their jurisdiction, but Sri Lankan law remains primary for enforcement. Clients waive any right to initiate legal action that contravenes these procedures unless prior negotiation and mediation efforts have been exhausted.

These Terms of Service constitute the full agreement between WORDCRAFT.LK and its clients. Any additional agreements, verbal statements, or assurances outside this document are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing. No waiver of any provision of these terms shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or future breach. If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect.
